Spectre x360 15 df1 keyboard replacement

Hi. My keyboard developed a fault a few weeks ago with three of the keys failing to work. Is there a replacement available?

If not, are there any other Spectre models with compatible keyboards? I've found some online but they seem to be for other models, such as df0xxx rather than the df1xxx.
