HP Spectre x360 2-in-1 Left & Right keyboard arrows aren't workiing. My device manager shows I have 4 drivers installed. Three are HID Keyboard Device and the 4th is Standard PS/2 Keyboard. Could having all these drivers be causing an issue? I have tried to reboot the computer and they still do not work. They do work with an external keyboard. There is no debris or has anything been spilled on the keyboard.

Good morning, @MGDots
I thought you understood that by troubleshooting with an external USB keyboard demonstrated that there is a hardware issue with the keyboard.
There is no amount of rebooting that will fix keys that no longer work.
Authoring another thread about the same issue and including the troubleshooting that I suggested is not going to change the disappointing result of the troubleshooting.

HP Spectre x360 2-in-1 Laptop 14-ef2001nt, the right and left arrows are not responding on my laptop. External keyboard and screen keyboards are working. This software issue needs an update to these new spectre models.
