Spectre x360 Function Keys

HP Recommended
Spectre x360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just had my x360 serviced for a "battery not charging".   HP must have done something with BOIS as my F1-F11 keys are once again requiring the use of the "Fn" key.   Unfortunately, when I checked the BIOS I found that the function key action was enabled and I shouldn't need the "Fn" key.  Why am I still needing the "Fn" key if the BIOS says I don't?

SOLVED.

It looks like the BIOS naming is reversed from what I expected.  "ENABLED" means the non-FX keys are enabled.
