Hi,

I am very frusterated and am about to just peel these things off. The rubber feet/strips on the bottom of my laptop keep stretching themselves out and sliding around. They stretch themselves out so far that they are starting to come up the side of my laptop. It's annoying because I paid almost $2000 for this laptop and this is going to be the second time I'm going to have to replace them. I know part of it has to do with the heat my laptop emits because of where they are but even when I replaced them the first time while the laptop was cold the strip was over both sides of the embed they were supposed to be in. What should I do before I go crazy? I'd get a case for it but no one makes cases for these laptops.

I also know that this is more looks than anything else but it's annoying because it has only been a little over a month since I put the new ones on.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
