Hi, @Disappointed999 did you recently upgrade to Windows 11, or did the laptop come pre-installed with Windows 11 when you bought it?

The issue is certainly because of the upgrade to the Windows 11 operating system. It is advised that we hold on before upgrading to Windows 11 due to the fact that it is still in early development. Windows 11 users have experienced driver issues, software and hardware problems as well.
A great choice right now will be to install Windows 10 or use the Operating System that was working previously to see if it will fix the problem.
