Hi!
My Spectre x360 has been working perfectly until today, when I realised it had stopped charging despite being plugged in (Windows showing that it's plugged in). The battery ran out and it still isn't charging (doesn't turn on), while the power light is constantly blinking white (3 blinks every couple of seconds). The charger works fine since I can charge my phone with it (USB C).
I've tried hard restarting a couple of times (holding down the power button for 10-15 seconds and longer), but doesn't seem to make a difference, the white light keeps blinking at the same pace and the laptop doesn't turn on...
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Many thanks,
Spyros

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:
Firstly, let's perform Hard Reset: Follow steps from the link: https://hp.care/2GnkMa8. (do not skip any troubleshooting steps even if you feel steps are repeating)
BIOS default:
- Turn off the computer and wait five seconds.
- Press the Power button to start the computer and repeatedly press the F10 key to enter the BIOS setup menu.
- On the BIOS Setup screen, press F9 to select and load the BIOS Setup Default settings.
- Press F10 to Save and Exit.
- Use the arrow keys to select Yes, then press Enter when asked Exit Saving Changes?
- Follow the prompts to restart your computer.
Note: If the issue persists then you need to service the computer as fails to power up and no troubleshooting steps can be performed.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
