2 years and 3 months, my $1,636.65 HP Spectre computer is doing the same thing..  What a POS!!!!!   Last HP product I'll buy.

What a joke the support team is here.  

 

The private message, if anyone views this thread, was "someone will be reaching out to you directly...it may take a few days."

 

Well, no one ever reached out and it's been about 20 days.   

 

Seriously, what a joke. #gross
