Just like a lot of people in here I am also now stuck with a computer that won't charge or turn on.
It completely fine 3 days ago, and I am not even a heavy user, then, today, gone.
I read many posts in this forum and I am very discouraged by what I saw.
It looks like HP won't stand behind a chronic issue with this model, on the contrary,it will force us to spend even more to get it fixed by them.
I have this computer for about 2 years.
If there is anyone from HP actually reading this, it would be helpful to get something other than spending $600 more to get it working.

I cannot turn it on. The computer is totally bricked right now.
Again, like everybody else here has been saying, contacting HP support with an out of warranty product is a waste of time as they will charge $600 to fix and that is just not an option for me
This is an issue with this SKU and is very common. HP should actually perform some kind of recall to fix it
