Hello. I have a laptop like in the description and I know there is an input m.2 to which I wanted to insert the disk. I bought a disk and I have a problem, namely when the disk is inserted into the m.2 port, the laptop does not respond to the button, when it is disconnected, the problem disappears and now I do not know what to do, does anyone have any ideas?

Hi:
The problem you are having is that the M.2 slot only supports SATA SSD's not NVMe.
You need to return or exchange the NVMe SSD for a SATA one, and you will be all set.
See chapter 1 of the service manual for the supported drive types...M.2 SATA only.
