Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

MY device is hp omen dc-1092 tx ,its 10 months old and its start key(windows button) on the keyboard is not functioning.no start menu is opening after clicking the windows key.

IF that confirms the keyboard as faulty, then you need to contact HP Customer Support to see about your options for getting it replaced under the warranty.
