I got this error code on start-up, would it be possible to inform me what this means please?

Below is the error report generated by the code you posted, minus your notebook's serial number.

RTS8H9-6P8AHC-MFGJXG-60EM03OKXXXXXXXXXX2/13/21301StorageFloppy Drive, Hard Drive, Memory Drive, Optical Drive, SCSI, Tape DriveHard Disk 1 SMART Hard Drive Detects Imminent Failure

 

You will need to install a new hard drive, and reinstall the operating system.

 

Below is the link to the service manual, where you can find the hard drive removal and replacement procedure.

You may want to consider replacing the 2.5" mechanical hard drive with a better performing 2.5" solid state drive (SSD).

 

After you replace the drive you can reinstall W10 for free by making bootable installation media with the Media creation tool at the link below.

 

Make the 64 bit installation media.

 

Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)

 

If you are asked to enter a product key during the installation process, select the I don't have a product key option, and W10 will install.

 

After the installation is complete you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
