I accidentally spilled milk on my laptop and it appears working (software wise) fine, it's just that the keys stick and my space key is stuck. How do I unstick my keyboard?

Not going to be an easy thing to do, as what you would really need to do is remove the keyboard, soak it in cleaning solution and then let it dry out for a few days. While you could use a q-tip and cleaner on individual keys, there is no way to get under the keys without getting liquid into the laptop, which would then short it out and turn it into an electric brick.
If you don't want to tackle removing the keyboard, as some are a lot harder to remove than others, you should see if there is a local laptop repair place that can do that without damaging the laptop, clean it, and then pay them to reconnect it.
Good Luck
