Still yet another HP Envy x360 hinge issue

I like many other HP Envy x360 users apparently have an issue with the right hinge on my laptop. I use it in both forms regularly and have never had any issues until the hinge seemed to pop out of place and cracked my screen as well. I've had it for just over two years. Clearly, this is a manufacturing problem, based on the numerous other complaints of this kind. I was also told that getting this fixed out of pocket would not be worth the cost and it would be better to simply replace it, but given that this is a common issue I hope to see a better option. What are my best options moving forward?
