Product: HP Spectre 15-eb0000 x360 Convertible Laptop PC RCTO Base Model

I have HP Spectre x360 with 1tb intel ssd + 32gb optane memory, I was using it as usual then suddenly it freezes, and a green screen appeared with Stop code: CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED

First I thought it was some system error and it'll be back to normal, but it keeps happening.

• Sometimes it can't even detect my ssd in Dos.

But randomly after I restart it operates normally until it freezes again with the same error.

• Sometimes that error 0xc000021a instead.

 

Please I need any help, thanks in advance
