Hello everyone. My laptop has been having storage issues. I deleted every file imaginable and uninstalled every app that I could. However, the storage magically continues to shrink. I'm unsure what else there is to do besides purchasing a new laptop, however the one I'm using is less than 2.5 years old. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix the storage or why it is like this?

Hi:
I'm assuming that your notebook has the non-upgradable 64 GB eMMC flash storage drive?
There's no need to buy a new PC if you are happy with the one you have, but the only way to normally regain drive space on those small drives would be to back up any personal files you want to save onto a portable hard drive or USB flash drive and clean install W11 by making a bootable USB installation flash drive with the media creation tool from the link below (2nd option).
When you get to the screen that asks, 'Where do you want to install Windows,' delete every partition on the drive, leaving just one partition of unallocated space.
Click Next, and W11 will install.
After W11 has completed installing you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page if necessary.

That should give you around 25 - 30 GB of free space which should last a few more years, until you have to repeat the process again.
I have a notebook (HP Stream 11) with the 64 GB eMMC flash drive and had to do this once.
Since that time, I use the free Wise disk cleaner software which normally cleans several GB of unnecessary files after the monthly Windows updates. I run it weekly to keep junk files to a minimum along with the built in Windows disk cleaner>cleanup system files and the Windows disk optimizer app.
You may want to try the Wise disk cleaner app first before having to do the clean install.

When I run the app, I check the box to combine the common cleaner and advanced cleaner to run at the same time,
Then I run the system slimming tool next which gets rid of other unnecessary files.
