Hi all! I want to increase the storage capacity of my laptop, but I want to know if the laptop still has a free slot for this, or if I need to change the SSD that I already have?

It comes with a 512 GB NVMe M.2 SSD, so if that doesn't have enough space for your needs, you will have to install one having a larger storage capacity, such as a 1 TB or 2 TB model.

Hi:

 

If your notebook came with a M.2 NVMe SSD from HP, the M.2 slot is occupied by that drive and there is no second M.2 SSD slot.

 

If you need more storage, you will need to replace the existing NVMe SSD with one having a greater storage capacity.

 

HP only has the maintenance and service guide for the older 15-ec0xxx model series on your notebook's support page.

The drive configuration specs haven't changed as far as SSD's are concerned.

The product number you posted (2P6B1AV) is a general product number for many different model numbers.

 

When I look at the list of notebooks under that model number, none of those listed are sold in the Czech Republic.
