I would like to increase the storage on my HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-e2000 (2K3D8AV). Can I upgrade the current hard drive or can I add an additional drive?

The 2K3D8AV product number is the overall product number for many different individual product numbers/model numbers as you can see from the hundreds of models at the link below:

What is the product number/model number of the notebook you have?

 

You can find your PC's product number by clicking on the search icon on your Windows taskbar.

 

Type: System Information

 

The System information app should show up.

 

Run the app and the product number of your PC will be found on the System SKU line about 1/4 of the way down on the report.
