Product: HP Pavilion Gaming - 15-ec1025ax

Hello, I've been trying to find compatible storage upgrades for my pavilion gaming ryzen 4600H 512gb SSD edition laptop. What type of SSD is attached and which slot is empty to expand? I've tried many times but found nothing.

If anyone has the knowledge about that, could maybe provide a solution.

Hi:

 

Your notebook only has one M.2 slot for a SSD, which is currently occupied by the 512 GB NVMe SSD it came with.

 

If you need more storage, you will need to replace the 512 GB NVMe SSD with one having a greater storage capacity.

 

Below is the link to the service manual (which is the only one that HP has for the model series):

There may be an option to add a 2.5" SATA drive but usually the parts are not there to install one and you would have to find and buy the parts listed in chapter 3 to add a 2.5" drive if the parts aren't there.
