Storage upgrade?

I bought this gaming laptop for my son on black friday here is a link to the ad https://www.walmart.com/ip/Acid-FHD-NVIDIA-GDDR5-HP-Shadow-GTX-3-Intel-GeForce-Pavilion-Black-8GB-GB...   256gb is not much hd space so I was wondering if there is a slot and maybe a how to guide on upgrading storage on this laptop I didnt think a external hdd would be good for gaming so any help would be great thank you

There is a slot for 2.5" HDD/SSD but you need following parts

•    The hard drive cable is available using spare part number L56898-001
•    The hard drive brackets are not available as a spare part. (unfortunately)

and very hard to find the cable because it is new

Now, you have to wait or talking with HP authorized service providers. They will help you.
