Hi:

The code reports a Hard Disk 1 Quick Test Failure which means that you will need to install a new hard drive and reinstall the operating system.

Below is the link to the service manual where you can find the hard drive removal and replacement procedure.

HP 15 Laptop PC Maintenance and Service Guide

You have a couple of options:

1. Replace the 2.5" mechanical hard drive with a better performing 2.5" solid state drive (SSD).

2. Since your notebook comes with a M.2 SSD slot that supports the faster NVMe SSD's, you may want to install a M.2 SSD instead.

After you replace the drive with either type, you can use the HP cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.

Here is an info link for how to use the utility.  You will need to use another PC running W7 64 bit or newer and a 32 GB USB flash drive.

Since you have to install the tool on another PC, you will need to enter your notebook's product number in the tool's search window to begin creating the recovery media.

Your notebook's product number is:  4YA39EA#ABZ
