Streaks on Laptop Screen

Hello,

My Laptop is not yet a month old, and on the last use - I noticed streaks on the screen. I took it back to the dealership who basically told me its my fault. I know this isnt true because I did not need to clean the laptop as it is still new. This is my second HP laptop and again I have issues with HP. This is really unfair because I paid a lot of money for a device that has streaks running down it

Gotta be a bit more specific about the "streaks". Are they on the surface of the screen or bands of discoloration in the picture itself?

Thank you - The are grey horizontal stripes riight across the monitor. Its looks like the screen has liquid dripped across the screen. Its on tyhe surface
