Product: stream 13/ designjet 450c

hooking my stream 13 up to my 450 c something happened and caused an electrical malfunction because not only did i get zapped but i could smell it. Are these two machines compatible with each other? And what am i supposed to do with all this fried hardware now because i can not afford to take a total loss on it….. thanks much for any response

One of your thread tags says "lawsuit" -- you're kidding, right? Do you have any idea what a product liability lawsuit costs in the US these days -- 30 - 45 THOUSAND dollars!!

 

This is a Plotter that came out in 1997 and the last OS listed for it was Windows 95.  I can't find any info on connectivity, so I have to presume it uses either serial or LPT connectors, neither of which is currently supported with drivers in Windows 10.  So you would have to hunt for third-party drivers, which are inherently unreliable.
