Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Want to upgrade memory in my wife's Stream 14. What is the max amount allowed and the tech specs of the memory card?

 

Sorry, I couldn't find it online.

Hi:

 

Below is the link to the product specs for that model...

 

HP Stream 14-z010nr Notebook PC Product Specifications | HP® Customer Support

 

It comes with On-board 2GB 1600MHz DDR3L SDRAM, which means the memory is an integral part of the motherboard and cannot be upgraded.

 

Below is the link to the service manual.  There is no procedure to remove or replace the memory.
