Stream Laptop 14 need to increase RAM

I am getting messages telling me that updates cannot be made because there is not enough memory. I have deleted my HP Printer apps, my Kindle app and any games I downloaded myself. Microsoft will not let me delete their games - solitaire collection.

Is there a way I can increase the Ram memory on my laptop, or do I just have to put up with it. The Kindle and games I'll not miss - I have a tablet with them on - but I am now without the ability to print, which is a bit of a pain...

I do not have the technical knowledge, unfortunately, but would a USB stick help? Could I please add that I am a pensioner, so there is not a great deal of money available.

Please, even if there is no solution, could someone out there offer me help, in simple English. Thank you so much

You cannot increase the RAM, but that is what the error message is referring to.

It is referring to your 32 GB hard drive.

Thank you for taking the time to reply, even though there is no way to increase Ram. The link you gave me has freed up some storage, although I couldn't find find some of the pages listed. But it has given me a bit more confidence and for that I am extremely grateful!!
