Subject: Concern Regarding CPU Replacement in Repair (edited)

Dear HP Support Team,

My device is an OMEN by HP Gaming Laptop 16-wf0003nt.

(edited)

According to the repair status page, my device is awaiting parts including a CPU replacement. However, I noticed that the replacement CPU listed is an Intel® Core i7-13700H.

My original CPU is an Intel® Core i7-13700HX, which provides higher performance and power limits compared to the “H” model. If my laptop is repaired with an i7-13700H, this would downgrade the performance compared to the factory specifications of my device.

I kindly request confirmation that my laptop will be repaired with the original Intel® Core i7-13700HX processor, as per the factory configuration. The other parts listed (battery, top cover, etc.) seem compatible, but the CPU downgrade would not be acceptable.

Please escalate this issue if necessary. I want to ensure that my device is repaired with the correct original parts.

Thank you for your support.

Sin
