My friend recently broke her charger and had it replaced after 2 weeks. Now she is getting frequent frame drops on games, while on charge. The charger seems to work fine but yet the frame drops randomly. One second its 210 fps next second its 10 fps. We tried updating the graphic drivers and all but it still didnt work. Is there any solution to this? :')

Greetings @Zer0Rei
Welcome to the HP Forum.
Is the charger referring to the external AC power brick or the internal battery?
Maybe a coincidental network problem if she is gaming online?
Download and run FurMark locally (eliminate the network variable) to check: FPS, GPU temps, and GPU power levels.
Or try Heaven Benchmark. You might need vcredist_x86 installed prior to installing Heaven.
