Hi Hp community, I would like to share that I am experiencing bad performance on my laptop. Whenever I use my laptop on battery (not while charging) I seem to have a lot of lag I am unable to browse chrome properly until I plug in my battery. It did not used to be like this. If I launch a game and then play the game then suddenly during a match my fps will drop to 2-3 fps which is annoying so I tried to check what could be the problem in task manager. Whenever I experience a frame drop from 60 fps to 2 fps my CPU usage goes down by a lot. This does not happen for a specific game, It happens on the entire windows system. For example I was watching YouTube today and the low CPU usage made the video almost unplayable. I plugged in the battery this time the problem stopped. When I unplugged the battery the problem solved, no more stutters but if I restart my laptop again Ill be experiencing the stutters again. Please help me as I share you some info
