Product: HP Thunderbolt Dock 120W G4
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Several times in an hour the thunderbolt dock is interrupted. The extra screen and the laptop screen turn black, the webcam stalls and the sound is put to "off". During the next ten to twenty seconds (sometiems longer) the screens and the webcam are revived again. The sound has to be be put "on" manually". I have all the latest drivers of the thunderbolt dock installed. I cannot figure out where the poblem is.

The dock is connected with a thunderbolt connector to a HP Envy laptop 17-ch1xxx notebook.

When i've had problems with usb-c docks (not thunderbolt), turning off the laptop and simulating a battery removal by pressing and holding the power button for 30s has fixed it for me. might be 60s for your laptop (if it has a removable battery you can just pop it out and press the power button to same effect). Otherwise - can you replicate issue on other laptops? if yes, it's likely the dock on it's way out.
