Hello,

I had a problem with the laptop key board which developed suddenly, many of the letters are not working ( T, Y,4,5 ) one of he control keys and 4 or 5 other keys.i tried to uninstall and reinstall the driver of keyboard, i updated the BIOS, i removed the keys and cleaned, and to make sure no one is stuck, i changed the keyboard in language settings,- still all these keys are not working- the only thing which worked is using an external keyboard.

i use my lap top out of office and with customers, and i cannot carry the external keyboard,

do you have any suggestion to help me in this issue.

Many thanks
