Hello, I purchased the Pavillion 15-cw0994na yesterday, After using it all day I noticed that the down and right directional arrows keys and the 0 key on the numpad have sunken/fallen.
The down and right arrow have sunken on the bottom right of the key and the 0 key has sunken on the bottom left. All keys still function and work correctly.
I've checked the help section and found the video guide on removing stuck keys but the video says if the machine is still in warranty (I have 1 year starting yesterday) that I should see my options.
I know fixing the keys is a quick job, I've replaced keyboard keys many times on my desktop. But if i happen to break something will my warranty still be intact?, Should I follow the guide and do it myself or leave it to HP Repair?.
Really annoying that this has happened after 1 day of use.
