Rebuilding laptop with fresh install of Windows 11.  Installed latest version of Support assistant: Version: 9.12.43.0.

Updates not working:

Hello,

To resolve this issue, try updating HP Support Solutions Framework as follows:

  1. Close the HP Support Assistant application.
  2. Download and run HP Support Solutions Framework.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation of HP Support Solutions Framework.
  4. Open the HP Support Assistant application, then check for updates again on your computer.

Don't hesitate to contact us in case of need.
