Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Goodmorning everyone,
I need your kind help.
I have a presario CQ60 202 el, with an amd turion  zm-80.
I was looking at my F.54 bios of August 2008.
I can't find a Bios more updated than this.
You could advise me where to find an updated bios, if it obviously exists.
My motherboard is a Wistron 303C version 08.06.
Thanks to all and a warm greeting from Italy.
