Hi. I bought my HP Gaming 15 inch laptop last summer (July’18) and it had a one year warranty on it. But now for the last few days ( 4 November ‘19) it has been showing Blue screen ( error code: Whea_uncontrollable_error). My laptop currently is out of warranty; and I want to repair it. How can I get help? It is needed as soon  as possible.

Thanks!

In India you should be able to take it to an HP Service Center even out of warranty.

Set the search for your city and miles radius as needed to get phone numbers of Centers near you to make an appointment.

We can also help you to diagnose and repair your own problem and the laptop has some pretty good diagnostics built in so you can get a good idea what the problem may be and perhaps it is easily and inexpensively and quickly fixable.
