HELLO, my laptop does not recognize my new ssd only after starting the installation is that it recognizes it but in the BIOS it does not appear. For this reason the installation of windows 10 cannot start. I have tried updating the BIOS but something happens on the page of HP SUPPORT that this model does not appear. I would appreciate any help

I understand that you are unable to recognize the new SSD.

 

What is the size of the SSD and how you are connecting?

 

I have checked the manual your model does not support SSD.
