Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I want to swap the harddrive of this notebook for a SSD. Unfortunately there seems to be no manual describing how to do that. After removing all the visible screws on the back you can snap open about 80% of the housing except for the area around the screen hinges. Now I don't want to force and break anything. How do I open the housing to change the drive?

No, I didn't, but now that I have I could easily remove the back cover.

Now I can understand that not all manual are available in Dutch, but HP could have at least displayed a link stating where the English resources could be found, because there may be more info to be found there.

Let us know what you need and we will see if we can get it for you. The manual is likely available in Dutch but its mostly pictures, anyway.

Any Dutch person with the skills to swap a HDD in a laptop, will probably also be able to read instructions in English just fine.

The only thing is, when at the support page for the 15-af122nd, which for me as Dutch person is presented in Dutch, the user guide section only has 2 support documents. When you change to English however, you get 4, including the Maintenance and Service Guide, not available in Dutch (or any other language I'm able to read), which I was looking for.

I didn't expect there to be more resources in another language. As I suggested it may be a good idea to do one of two things: Either add a general remark on all non-English support pages stating that more resources may be available in the English language. That way you are triggered to change language to English if at first you don't find what you're looking for. Or always display the English documents regardless of the selected language.
