I have two HP laptops. I am trying to find out if I can swap the hard drive from one to the other without any serious issues.
The laptops are a 15-DA0002DX and a 15-f271WM
Will the hard drive from the 15-DA0002DX will fit in the 15-f271WM?

Specs say the 15-da0002dx has a 128 gig M.2 SSD and no "hard drive". The 15-f271wm is a much older machine and has no M.2 slot. So no assuming your 15-daxxx is equipped as it came from the factory the answer is a hard No. And in any event you would not be able to move a hard drive between 2 machines with such different hardware and have it just boot up and work. It would likely bluescreen. Not sure you are thinking you could. I would get a 2.5 inch SATA SSD for the 15-f2xxx series machine as that will be the best performance you can get.
