Product: HP All-in-One - 20-c023w (ENERGY STAR)
I'm just wondering if I can switch the Intel Celeron J3060 (Braswell-D) Dual Core to a Pentium J3710 (Braswell-D) Quad Core? I might get a few games that need a better processor.

Hi:
Below is the link to the product specs page for your PC.
https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05111985
Under the processor upgrade specs it indicates that the processor is not upgradable.
Looking at the processor specs page from Intel, the processor is not upgradable because it is of the Ball Grid Array (BGA) form factor--soldered to the motherboard.
