Swolled battery found during laptop opened inspection

It seems that this laptop battery is swollen. Is this a big problem?

How to get a new battery for this laptop?

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.

But I get that page open:

I find my product, but still, I can not find how to order the battery.

I can see below window:

but there is no way to make order for new battery...

Your computer supports a 3-cell, 52 Whr, polymer/prismatic-mix battery and this is the part number: L09281-855 by just entering the part number in google search will help you to locate a replacement battery.

This looks indeed best solution, searching with google or yahoo search.

Looks like giving more answer than directly at the merchant page.

There looks to be issues as this with the other user also (even with new battery):
