Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,  I have a swollen battery in my HP ENVY x360 that had deformed the keyboard and touchpad.  I attempted to use the webpage to report the swollen battery to open up a support case to determine my repair options but that webpage keeps saying this is out of service.  I would like a case opened to determine what my options are.  Thanks!

Thanks.  That information was helpful in getting in touch with someone to review my options to fix the issue.  As it turns out, my laptop is no longer supported, and HP does not even offer replacement batteries for it.  It would save everyone a lot of time if HP had that information available up front on their website.  Why tease folks that there is a support option when there really isn't?  I'll purchase a replacement battery through a third party.
