Product: HP Stream 14 Laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

After just two years of use, this little laptop has a swollen battery which, according to HP, must be replaced.  It is out of warranty.  However, I'm aghast that HP isn't offering free replacement for an item that has virtually self destructed after two years.  Or am I wrong.  Will HP stand behind this product and do the right thing?

Hi,

Swollen batteries happen. I usually replace the batteries in my notebooks about every 18-24 months.

If you provide the exact model of your notebook we can take a look at what the fix would involve
