HP Spectre x360 - 15-bl112dx

I have a 2018 Spectre x360 with a swollen battery- touchpad is not functioning due to being pushed out of the housing.  I opened a swollen battery case with HP, and then received an email indicating the case was closed with no information.  None of the links provided in those emails do anything but route me back to the same place.  Obviously it's out of warranty at this point.  Do I have any options for 1) having HP repair, and 2) getting an HP replacement part?  I had the motherboard replaced by HP a couple years ago, and that went very smoothly, but I was able to find and use a phone number to initiate that process, haha! Any help would be appreciated.
