Hp support assistant said my hp15s 3000 series core i 5 11th gen laptop battery full charge capacity is 81% and it is working perfectly. however as it is just underneath of the touchpad, it seems to be swollen. I open the laptop and noticed that, my battery is a bit swollen. Should I need to replace the battery immediately, need proper suggestion from hp officials.

@shuvo2014, Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand your concern regarding the swollen battery in your HP Laptop PC 15-dw3000 series (1A3Y0AV). You're absolutely right to take this seriously, battery swelling is a safety issue and should be addressed promptly.
Swelling occurs when the battery's internal cells degrade, often due to age, heat, or overcharging. Even if the HP Support Assistant reports the battery as "working perfectly," physical swelling is a clear sign that the battery is no longer safe to use.
Recommended Actions:
Stop Using the Laptop Immediately
If the battery is swollen, continuing to use the device could risk further damage or even a safety hazard.
Do Not Attempt to Puncture or Remove the Battery Yourself
Swollen batteries can be dangerous if mishandled. Avoid pressing on or puncturing the battery.
