My touchpad is not working, and I am not able to find a synaptic touchpad in my device manager->mice and other pointing devices. Even I have installed new Drivers from hp support still not working. 😒😒Help anyone

Did the laptop come with Windows 11? There seems to be recurring problem here with users upgrading from 10 to 11. I don't have an answer. Your Drivers page only lists Windows 10 as an option. Driver Page There seems to be 6-7 Synaptics drivers for whichever W10 version you have. I'd try the top 2, after removing the device in Device Manager, the run the driver.
