Did a fresh install of Windows 10 and touchpad not working/visible on HP 17-cn1053cl. Tried to install multiple drivers and restarts, but hardware still not detected in device manager. Trackpad not visible via BIOS. Trackpad still works in original install of windows, but can't see it in the new installation. All updates applied.

I tried using the HP Cloud Recovery tool and it gave an error stating my computer was not supported. I reinstalled a new copy of Windows 11 instead of Windows 10 and that fixed the driver issues. The trackpad and everything else is working now. Thanks for your help.
