The problem started when I noticed that my laptop wasnt charging anymore except when it was completely shut off, and when it was on it was running very slow. When the computer starts up it shows a warning that says System Board (OOA) missing, and when I ran a diagnostic it said that the Hard Drive Long DST Check failed. Sorry I don't have the Product name. Can't really successfully turn the laptop on anymore, but I do know it's operating system is Windows 10. Only got the laptop about 3 years ago. Any help?

Hi! @Sproutz, Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community! A great place where you can find solutions for your issues, with help from the community!
Don't worry I'll try to help you out. Please answer few questions below to assist you better.
Did you make any software or hardware changes on your PC?
Did you replace any hardware components on the PC previously?
Splendid analysis and remarkable patience shown. It is immensely appreciated.
If the system board was replaced or if it is a faulty system board on your PC. The product information stored in the BIOS chip would have got erased. And hard drive long DST uncovers damaged or corrupted areas of the disk, it works to reallocate and re-map the damaged portions. This way, your hard drive will not run into these bad areas again.
You have to contact HP and get the PC serviced.
HP uses a tool called DMI tool by which the product details are entered back on your PC.
However, this tool is limited only to HP partners and HP service center technicians.
