Dear HP Community, I've been having a problem with my HP Specter x360 Convertible 13-ae0xx laptop (product number : 2QG15EA#ABD) for a few days. I occasionally (not every time, but often) get an error message on a black screen when booting up. The problem is the "System Fan (90B) The system has detected that a fan is not working properly. The system will shut down in 15 seconds..." issue, which is listed second on this chart: https:// support.hp.com/en-us/document/c03647260. I have already run a hardware reset and a BIOS update. The error is still displayed. What can I do? My device has been out of warranty for about a year. Many thanks for a quick advice and many greetings, Karen
