When restarting my laptop, the laptop displays the error message "The system has detected that a cooling fan is not operating correctly". It identifies the fan as 90b. Because of this, the other fan in the laptop is running any time the laptop is open and makes a buzz/beeping sound intermittently. Here is a link to a video of the buzzing sound. The laptop also heats to a burning touch within five minutes of being used lightly. How can I fix this?

If the issue persists, please contact our phone support for service options
1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences.
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
