I am looking at upgrading both my Ram and Hard Drives.  Can you let me know what will work with the laptop System Model Victus by HP Laptop 16-e0xxx.

The service manual (on pages 1-2) indicates that your notebook supports max 32 GB (2x16 GB) DDR4-3200 MT/s memory.

Maintenance and Service Guide

 

You model has two M.2 slots. You can install an NVMe SSD of your preferred capacity (512 GB, 1 TB, 2TB or more) in a second slot for data storage. The second slot is PCIe 3.0 (gen 3). A gen 4 NVMe SSD, if installed, will run at around gen3 speeds.

 

This disassembly video may be of help for RAM/SSD upgrade work.
