What does System SKU with no # mean? How do I verify if my Laptop is not refurbished?

They don't all have the hashtag but if it ends in R it is refurbished.

Where did you buy the laptop? Where are you seeing this system SKU? I actually have a refurbished unit I am using to send this and there is an R at the end of the product number marked on the label before the #

Checked the System SKU in the System Information page. The product no is VS70AAV where as the system sku has AR at the end instead of V but I don't have # in the Product No or in the System Sku.

 

What does that mean?  If the Laptop doesn't have any # in the product no or system sku.
