I'm trying to update my space or ram so I can update my system. Currently the system is corrupted and I need to clear or add space in order to update. What do I need to do or who do I call for this? The website is just going in circles and I'm not getting anywhere. I spent 8 hours talking to Microsoft about this issue yesterday and their response at the end was to get ahold of HP and upgrade my space. Just not sure how to do this and for some reason, I can't get anything from the site.

Hi
Initially try and make a Recovery Media from here is possible...
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
by trying to use
Windows Administrative Tools -- Disk Clean-Up
ALSO I USE this method.....
C:\>del c:\*.tmp /s
Deleted file - c:\Users\LBB\AppData\Local\Temp\OCL6330.tmp
Deleted file - c:\Users\LBB\AppData\Local\Temp\OCL94C4.tmp
Deleted file - c:\Users\LBB\AppData\Local\Temp\OCL9A63.tmp
Deleted file - c:\Users\LBB\AppData\Local\Temp\OCLA39D.tmp
Deleted file - c:\Users\LBB\AppData\Local\Temp\OCLA812.tmp
Deleted file - c:\Users\LBB\AppData\Local\Temp\OCLEC30.tmp
So what actual state is the PC in?

It's running fine, however the command prompt will not accept any commands. An if you delete off of the drive, it only adds more to it. It's weird. An I just bought the **bleep** thing from a guy two days ago. It seemed fine until Microsoft got on and tried to enter some commands. Then it went downhill from there.

Hi
The "make a recovery media" is still critical.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
So a reboot into SAFE MODE?
https://www.howtogeek.com/107511/how-to-boot-into-safe-mode-on-windows-8-the-easy-way/
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/12376/windows-10-start-your-pc-in-safe-mode
Maybe the Command Prompt option will work at this level.
WinKey + R
msinfo32.exe
line 9 for the SKU:

I don't know of any circumstances where the "FAST START-UP" is of benefit.
